About Carma.la
Carma.la publishes vehicle spec sheets, class-and-budget comparisons, and buying-process guides for people shopping for a new car โ sedans, trucks, SUVs, minivans, and EVs. We also maintain a reference section on common OBD2 diagnostic trouble codes.
Who publishes this site
Carma.la is published by Orfa Labs. Questions, corrections, and partnership enquiries all reach us at hello@carma.la โ see the contact page for what to expect.
What we cover
- Vehicle spec sheets. One page per model with pricing, horsepower, efficiency, and drivetrain, each citing the manufacturer or review source the figures came from.
- Comparisons by class and by budget. Grouping vehicles that actually compete for the same buyer, rather than listing every model with no context for how they stack up.
- Buying-process guides. Financing, leasing vs. buying, certified pre-owned vs. new, and similar decisions that come up regardless of which vehicle you land on.
- OBD2 code reference. What a code means, roughly what it costs to fix, and whether it's realistically a DIY job.
Prices, incentives, and specs move constantly and vary by trim and region. Treat every figure here as a reference point for comparison, and confirm current pricing with the dealer or manufacturer before buying.
How we make money
This site carries advertising and may earn a referral fee from dealer, insurance, or financing links, plus Amazon Associates commissions on accessory recommendations. None of that changes which vehicles we include in a comparison or how we rank them โ full detail in our funding & methodology guide and privacy policy.
Corrections
If you find a spec that's wrong, out of date, or sourced from somewhere that's since changed its numbers, tell us at hello@carma.la with the page URL and we'll fix it. Vehicle pricing and trim lineups shift year to year โ a wrong figure is worth correcting, not defending.
